about me
I work in the Philosophy Department at UM-St. Louis, where I regularly teach courses in moral, political, and legal philosophy. Before coming to St. Louis, I studied philosophy at Columbia (in New York City) where I taught Contemporary Civilization for three years. Most of my research these days concerns issues in ethical theory related to requirements of rationality (especially instrumental rationality) and the concept of a reason. I've posted links below to papers I've written. If you can't access them, send me an email and I'll gladly send you a copy.
